The Kansas City Barbeque Society, KCBS, sanctions the barbeque competition.
International BBQ teams will competing for a Grand Prize of $15,900! The festival schedule of events also includes a Southern Gateway Wine Festival and stage performances by Scott Gibson & the Side Affects, The Broadcast, Sanctum Sully and Big Daddy Love.
