Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned barbequeThe 9th Annual Pork In The Park BBQ Cookoff takes place in Salisbury, Maryland. The barbeque competition / cookoff is the second largest Kansas City Barbeque Society, KCBS, sanctioned barbeque competition.

 

Competing BBQ teams will spend the weekend seasoning, smoking, grilling and slicing. Categories include whole hog, beef, chicken, pork, ribs, anything butt and a dessert category. Certified professional barbeque judges
