A BBQ Smoker Cooker’s type of Dessert
Big Green Craig, who also happens to be #cookingonaLang, sent us a great dessert for Thanksgiving. This recipe is actually cooked on a Lang BBQ Smoker and comes out delicious! Candied Bacon Cheesecake, need I say more people?

Candied Bacon Cheesecake

Ingredients
- CANDIED BACON
- 1 Package of thinly sliced bacon
- 2 C light brown sugar
- ½ C real maple syrup
- BBQ seasoning of choice. I used Meat Church Honey Hog
- CRUST
- 1 Sleeve of graham crackers
- ¼ teaspoon BBQ seasoning of choice. I used Meat Church Honey Hog
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- Crisco
- FILLING
- 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1¼ cups sugar
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1 Sleeve of graham crackers
- ¼ teaspoon BBQ seasoning of choice. I used Meat Church Honey Hog
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- GLAZE
- 1-3/4 C confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tbsp. water
- 3 tbsp. real maple syrup
