His School of Pit Masters offers a one-day smoker cooker class held throughout the U.S.A. Lang BBQ Smokers hosts Chef Paul's classes in our Q-School "kitchen" facility every chance we can.
Whether you cook for family, friends, competitions, or professionally - Chef Paul's smoker cooker classes will improve your barbecue. The smoker cooking classes will cover the basics of barbecuing Brisket, Pork Butt, Pork Ribs, Chicken, and Sausage. Additional topics covered include; BBQ rubs and spices, fire management, BBQ fuels, BBQ sauce, and contest presentation.
At the Q-School you will be cooking on one of our Lang BBQ Smoker models. If you are purchasing a Lang BBQ Smoker we encourage your to drive down to Georgia to pick up your smoker and attend one of the classes - we'll have the smoker cooker at the class so you can season and cook on it!
