Summer Q-School is in session again. Lang BBQ Smokers and the Gatorman Bruce Mitchell from Swamp People are hosting two, one-day cook classes on Friday June 17th and Saturday June 18th. The instructors of the class include Bruce Mitchell the Alligator Man and Darryl Strickland and Matt Lee from the 2016 Lang BBQ Competition Team.
