Summer Q-School is in session again. Lang BBQ Smokers and the Gatorman Bruce Mitchell from Swamp People are hosting two, one-day cook classes on Friday June 17th and Saturday June 18th. The instructors of the class include Bruce Mitchell the Alligator Man and Darryl Strickland and Matt Lee from the 2016 Lang BBQ Competition Team.

This smoker cooker class only comes to South Georgia and the Low Country once each summer, so don’t miss your chance to learn how to make your own seasonings and rubs. The class will also teach you:

Ever wanted to learn how to smoke brisket, pork butts, ribs, or chicken? While you learn, enjoy the ease of use on a Lang BBQ Smokers. If you’re planning to purchase a smoker cooker, you can pick it up at the factory and season and cook on it at the smoker cooker class.
